DISTRICT DESCRIPTION:

The Bacon/Saxe District covers a large rural area in south-central Charlotte County.  The district is roughly bounded on the north by Horsepen Creek, on the south by Highway 611, on the east by the Lunenburg and Mecklenburg County lines, and on the west by the Staunton River. The area has no incorporated towns, but includes the communities of Saxe and Randolph. Some residents of the district also have Drakes Branch, Wylliesburg, and Chase City addresses.
